MOSCOW, Dec 11 (PRIME) -- Russia’s foreign trade surplus halved on the year to U.S. $6.44 billion in October, the central bank said on Friday.
Exports fell 23.84% to $28.2333 billion, imports 8.85% to $21.793 billion
